What I built
The problem
Consolidate diagnosis cases, compute a filterable benchmark and show the cause and impact of each dimension for non-technical audiences.
How I solved it
A PHP platform with registered-email access, Excel upload with template validation, case-versus-benchmark views, sub-dimension heatmaps, wordclouds and downloadable reports.
Technology & interaction
Filters that recompute the benchmark live, one-chart-per-screen storytelling and reports ready to share with the client.
